Mar.3rd The international potluck party was held on March 3rd.

Jan.6th A special calligraphy event for the new year took place at the first Japanese class of  2019. 42 students challenged writing with brushes which they were not used to using. They wrote their favorite words with all their heart.

Oct.21th The 16th Konnichi World Festival was held at Handa Akarenga Tatemono. There were 9-country booths.
Many people visited and enjoyed the international stage, foods, and games.

Sep.25th We held a workshop on internationalization of Handa city. Over 40 people, including city officials, city councillors, polices, ward heads, school teachers, volunteers, shared each other's thoughts.
 

 

 

   
   
   
   

Sep.9th Students in the Japanese class participated in the disaster prevention workshop.
 

 

 

   
   

July.8th Students in the Japanese class learned about a custom of "Tanabata"(Star Festival) . They wrote on the "Tanzaku" about own wish and attached them to a bamboo tree by thread. After that we sang "Tanabata" song together.
