| Oct. 13 | A seminar World cooking class Pictures | Ms. Monica Akimoto from Brazil taught Brazilian cooking at Handa Youth House. 25 people attended the class. They made 5 kinds of Brazilian dishes and enjoyed to taste those dishes after cooking. |

| Sep. 28 | KonnichiWorld festival (Pictures) | The 6th KonnichiWorld festival was held on Sep. 23. 16 countries participated the festival. The people enjoyed country booths, stage performance, the tasting of Thai and Brazilian cooking's, etc. The festival was crowded with approx. 500 guests. |
| Sep. 25 | The general assembly of the establishment of Handa-Bhutan Youth Friendship Association | A new relationship with Bhutan which was a friendship country at Aichi Expo started. Handa-Bhutan Youth Friendship Association has been established. |
